Mandate
EXECUTIVE COUNCIL HANDBOOK This Committee of Executive Council serves as a council of Advice to the National Jubilee Officer. It works with the National Officer in providing training, education, and program development for the purpose of conveying the message of Jubilee to the Church at large. Jubilee promotes involvement by congregations with "poor and oppressed people wherever they may be located" by providing services of outreach, empowerment, practical evangelism, and advocacy.
