Diocesan Deputations
If you are a member of an official deputation to the General Convention or ECW Triennial meeting your registration will be handled by your Diocesan Administrator. Please be in touch directly with your diocesan office with any questions.
For Individuals
Individuals who wish to attend the General Convention can pre- register by going to http://www.ecgc2012.org/registration. Pre-registration for individuals will close June 15, 2012, after which we welcome you to register on site at the Convention.
Exhibitors
If you are attending the General Convention as an exhibitor, please check with the person in charge for your booth registration.

Volunteers
If you will be volunteering at the General Convention, please visit http://2012gcec.theregistrationsystem.com.
For Groups
If you are a member of a group whose housing for General Convention has been arranged as a group, please contact your group administrator who is responsible for overseeing your registration.
For Other Groups
If you will be bringing a visitor group (10 or more individuals at the same time) to the General Convention, please contact Patrick Haizel at phaizel@episcopalchurch.org to discuss pre-registration options.
