Special Functions

The General Convention Office has contracted the use of all meeting space at the following Convention Hotels:

• JW Marriott
• Downtown Marriott
• The Westin

Once all space is assigned for use by the General Convention and the Triennial meeting of the Episcopal Church Women, we are able to release the use of hotel meeting room space to other groups.

If your group would like to request the use of space for any meal or meeting function, please download the Special Function Form (PDF, requires Adobe® Reader software), fill out the requested information and forward it to the General Convention Office.
