Executive Council

18 members elected by province, 20 members elected by the General Convention, the Presiding Bishop, and President of the House of Deputies. The General Convention Secretary, Treasurer and Chief Operating Officer serve ex-officio. Members serve for six-year terms.

Joint Standing Committee on Program Budget and Finance

A joint standing committee of the General Convention. One bishop from each province is appointed by the Presiding Bishop. Two deputies, either lay or clerical are appointed by each province by the President of the House of Deputies. Members serve for one triennium.

General Convention

All bishops serve in the House of Bishops. Every diocese and area mission elects four clerical and four lay deputies to serve in the House of Deputies. Deputies are elected for a three-year term.
