Although a downloadable form is available, please be aware that reports must be entered online to be marked as complete. If you require assistance, contact your diocesan office for help.

Parochial Report Instructions

• We have designed the parochial report to be as straightforward as possible. Instead of providing separate instructions, we have included detailed information and inline help for each section of the report. This approach eliminates the need to reference multiple documents simultaneously, making the process easier and more efficient to complete.

Reminder to Diocesan Administrators to the Parochial Report:

• Be sure to review and certify reports prior to May 1st. Filing site will close after May 1.
