The following terms of service apply for the 81st General Convention.
Liability Waiver:
In consideration for being allowed to attend the 81st General Convention of The Episcopal Church, I hereby waive and release any and all claims, now known or hereafter known, against the General Convention, The Episcopal Church, the Domestic and Foreign Missionary Society and their officers, directors, manager(s), employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Releasees”), arising out of or attributable to my attendance at the 81st General Convention including bodily injury, personal injury, psychological injury, illness, pain, suffering, disability, death, property damage, property loss, and/or financial loss that may result from the activities, whether arising out of the actions, omissions, or ordinary negligence of any Releasees or otherwise. I covenant not to make or bring any such claim against any Releasee, and forever release and discharge all Releasees from liability under such claims.
Photo Release:
I hereby give Releasees the right and permission to publish, without charge, photographs, videos and recordings of me taken during this event. These images may be used in publications, including electronic publications, or in audio-visual presentations, promotional literature, advertising, or in other similar ways. I hereby release the Releasees from any and all claims for damages, libel, slander, invasion of the right of privacy, or any other claim based on the use of these images.
